Ingrediente:
- 400 g jumatati de nuci
- 4 rosii carnoase
- 100 g brinza Gorgonzola moale
- salvie proaspata
- snitele de porc(eu am avut 8 snitele)
- 8 felii de sunca
- 1 lingura faina
- 2 linguri ulei de masline
- sare, piper
Rosiile se pun in apa calda, se curata apoi de coaja si seminte, si se taie in 8 bucati.
Salvia proaspata se spala, se ususca si se taie.

Pe fiecare snitel se pune cite o bucata de gorgonzola si se intinde cu un cutit. Apoi se pune felia de sunca si salvia.
