- 4 linguri ulei
- 7 g drojdie uscata
- 10 g zahar
- 8 g sare

Se pune in tava, acoperita cu hirtie de copt, si se mai lasa la crescut cam jumatate de ora.
Se pune deasupra un servet, pentru a sta la cald.

Se baga pentru 25-30 minute la cuptor.
Aceasta piine trebuie sa fie rumena si nu foarte grea. Cind se intoarce cu fundul in sus trebuie sa sune a gol.
