Si eu fac reteta asta destul de des insa nu pun ulei de masline ci 2 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui si una de ulei de susan.
Zilele trecute am cumparat ulei de wok, cu o aroma "foarte hotarata" de usturoi prajit. Miroase exact ca la chinez.
Cu permisiunea ta, pot sa-ti spun ca in Hamburg este un Asia shop (cu produse Thai, Chinezesti, Japoneze si Indiene) foarte bine aprovizionat. Este langa Hauptbahnhof, Spadenteich - colt cu Lange Reihe. (Pe partea opusa zonei pietonale) Magazinul ete chiar pe colt si e foarte vizibil. Eu mi-am cumparat "delicatese" super acolo.
Am vazut si eu ulei pentru wok, dar nu am cumparat pina acum.Dar daca zici ca e super, am sa il incerc si eu.Merci pentru informatie.Nu am fost la acest magazin, eu stiu de unul care este la Berliner Tor.Acolo merg la scoala si l-am vazut.Si e destul de mare.Merci si scuze ca am raspuns cu intirziere.
