Pe fiecare se presara la baza din amestecul de brinza si verdeata, apoi cu o lingurita sau cu o pensula, se stropeste putin foaia cu ulei de masline.
Se ruleaza ca o clatita si apoi se face ca un melc.

Pentru uns, se amesteca un galbenus cu 2 linguri iaurt. Se adauga putin ulei de masline si se amesteca bine. Se ung apoi placintele.
Se coc la 175 grade, cam 15-20 min. Eu le-am lasat mai mult, cred ca difera in functie de tipul de aragaz. Al meu e pe curent si le-am lasat pina s-au rumenit frumos.
